Criminal Revision Case filed under Section 397 of Criminal Revision Code r/w Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to set aside the order dated 23.10.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.5794 of 2017 in Unnumbered C.C.No..../2017 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate, Pattukkottai and consequently directing the lower Court Judge to take cognizable under Section 190(1) and 200 of I.P.C and take further proceeding as per provisions of law on the bases of petitioner's complaint dated 18.09.2017.

2. The revision petitioner herein filed a private complaint against the local police officials before the Judicial Magistrate, Pattukkottai in Crl.M.P.No.5794 of 2017 in Unnumbered C.C.No.../2017.

3. It is seen that the petitioner's family and the family of one Veeramani are at logger heads. Criminal cases have been registered at the instance of either parties against each other. The police officials are now sought to be made as victims in the fight between these two groups. The trial Magistrate rightly declined to take the private complaint on file.

4. I find no irregularity or infirmity in the order passed by the trial Magistrate in declining to take the petition on file. There is no merit in this Criminal Revision Case.
