Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner retired as ministerial superintendent on 30.04.2011. He seeks revision of his pension. He had given a representation dated 18.02.2023.

3. The respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
