This petition has been filed to directing the first respondent to direct the second respondent to register an FIR against the guilty persons as per CSR No.67/2022 and in pursuance of the petitioner's representation, dated 19.04.2022 and conduct enquiry.
2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondent police on 19.04.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.
3. In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and dispose of the same, within a peirod of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
