This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 11.01.2016 and to investigate the matter within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that the petitioner was said to be in an inebriated condition and he was forced to get down by the conductor and the driver of the bus in which he was travelling. The complaint dated 11.01.2016 does not disclose of the commission of cognizable offence.
