ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is working as Special Tahsildar. A charge memo was issued on 02.06.2020. Enquiry is said to have already been concluded. The petitioner has been served the enquiry report. Further representation has also been submitted. What remains is only passing of final order. The respondent is directed to pass order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The petitioner is permitted to submit his written arguments to the respondent within a period of two weeks along with a copy of this order.

3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
