This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry without following the due process of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioners and harassed them under the guise of enquiry.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that the petition enquiry has been conducted and subsequently, the same has been closed. He also produced a copy of the closure report before this Court. Since the enquiry was closed, the presence of the petitioners is not at all required by the respondent police.

5. Recording the statement of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
