ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002, in Crime No. 102 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. In this case, the primary allegations are against one Baburaj and his son one Ajin. Baburaj has been arrested. This Court is of the view that the first petitioner does not deserve to grant anticipatory bail. However, the second petitioner is a lady, she does not appear to have played the main role. Hence this Court grants Anticipatory Bail to the second petitioner. 4.Taking note of the above said facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the second petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the second petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai, and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the second petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The second petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

5.The second petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
