383/2016 : To exempting the petitioner from appearing before the Honourable II Additional District Judge for CBI Cases, Madurai on 02.07.2018 and subsequently permit him to appear on 06.07.2018 in pursuance of the order as made in Crl.MP(MD)No. 4249/2017 dated 26.05.2017 in C.A.No. 383/2016 for this July month only in C.C.No.

Prayer in CRL MP(MD). 4224/2018 IN CRL A(MD)No.384/2016 : To exempting the petitioner from appearing before the Honourable II Additional District Judge for CBI Cases, Madurai on 02.07.2018 and subsequently permit him to appear on 06.07.2018 in pursuance of the order as made in Crl.MP(MD)No. 4250/2017 dated 26.05.2017 in C.A.No. 384/2016 for this July month only in C.C.No. 7/2008 on the file of the Honourable II Additional District Judge for CBI Cases, Madurai Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.

PALANIVELAYUTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions and of THE SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES on behalf of the Respondents in all the petitions the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed, seeking to exempt the petitioner from appearing before the learned II Additional District Judge for CBI Cases, Madurai on 02.07.2018 and subsequently permit the petitioner to appear on 06.07.2018 in pursuance of the orders of this Court, dated 26.05.2018 made in Cr.M.P.(MD)Nos.4247 to 4250 of 2018, in Crl.A(MD)Nos.381 to 384 of 2016 for July 2018 only in C.C.No.4 of 2008 on the file of the learned II Additional District Judge for CBI Cases, Madurai.

2.On the side of the petitioner, the conditions imposed as per order, dated 26.05.2017, the petitioner has to appear before the trial Court on first working day of every month before the learned II Additional District Judge for CBI Cases, Madurai, that is Due to family circumstances, the petitioner is not in a position to attend the Court on 02.07.2018 and he prayed that instead of 02.07.2018, the petitioner may be permitted to appear on 06.07.2018 for complying the condition.

3.The respondent has not raised any serious objection. 4.Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to appear before the learned II Additional District Judge for CBI Cases, Madurai, on 06.07.2018 instead of 02.07.2018 and he is directed to follow the bail order conditions subsequently.
