Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue patta in favour of the petitioner, for 20 cents in Survey No.341, located at Sathani Village, Vittaneri Group, Sivagangai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2024 before the second respondent.

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner seeks issuance of patta in respect of the petition mentioned land.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the petitioner does not have any scrap of paper in support of her claim. 4.Be that as it may, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's application and pass an appropriate order on merits and in 2/4

accordance with law within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The decision to be taken by the second respondent shall be duly communicated to the petitioner also. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 5.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
