O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by P.Murugan, who is on Transfer on 19.09.2011 from Virudhunagar Unit to Kanayakumari District, till absent for about 3 years, 10 months and one day till 20.07.2015, has come to this Court seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to allow him to join duty within a time.

2. The petitioner, who was posted as Junior Engineer in Sattur Panchayat Union, Virudhunagar District, is now transferred by an order, dated 19.09.2011 relieving from his service from Virudhunagar Unit to Kanyakumari District and refusing to join duty for about 3 years 10 months and one day, cannot be allowed to approach this Court to seek any writ petition or order. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition, hence, this petition is dismissed. No costs.
