ORDER

This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed as against the order dated 24.10.2016 made in Cr.M.P.No.4470 of 2016 by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, Tirunelveli District.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the condition No.4, viz., the petitioner should hand over the R.C. book of the tractor and trailer before the Court, of the conditional order, dated 24.10.2016 of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, Tirunelveli District may be modified.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition No.4 imposed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, Tirunelveli District is modified to the effect that the petitioner is entitled to get back the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

registration certificates of the vehicles concerned, whenever they required to renew the same. The other conditions shall remain unchanged. The time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the conditions. 5.The Criminal Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly.
