By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to provide compassionate appointment to the petitioner in the post of Noon Meal Organizer or any other suitable post in the Social Welfare Department or any other Department based on the representation given by the petitioner on 22.07.2019 within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the petitioner's husband was working as Noon Meal Organiser at Boothakudi Panchayat Union Primary School, Madurai West Panchayat Union, Madurai, and he met with an accident and died on 03.04.2014 leaving behind the petitioner/wife and his mother aged 79 years.

Thereafter, the petitioner made an application for compassionate appointment before the 5th respondent and the 5th respondent sought for certain documents. It is the grievance of the petitioner that despite the submission of those documents, her application was not considered and hence, she made a representation to the 3rd respondent through people grievance cell on 22.07.2019. Even thereafter, no order was passed. Hence, this writ petition. 4.The learned Government counsel for the respondents would state that the 3rd respondents will consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 22.07.2019 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government counsel for the respondents. 6.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents and without adverting to the merits of the case, the 3rd respondents is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.07.2019 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
