This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 3rd respondent to take action on the representation dated 03.03.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the representation of the petitioner, they registered a case in Crime No.71 of 2025 on the file of the 3rd respondent. Therefore, the representation of the petitioner was already considered, hence no further order is required to be passed in this case.

3. In view of the same and recording the above said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
