The writ petition is filed to direct the second respondent to conclude and pass final orders in the enquiry proceedings bearing Na.Ka. A1/9120/2024 dated 05.03.2025.
2. Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, it can be seen that feeling aggrieved by the grant of patta in the name of the fifth respondent, the petitioner has made a representation. Already, the second respondent had conducted an enquiry and the enquiry is almost complete and the final orders are not being passed and therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.
3. The Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter and this order is passed without notice to the fifth respondent. Since it is stated 2/4
that the enquiry is almost complete, let the final orders in accordance with law be passed by the second respondent within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
