Writ Petitions are filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamsu, directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to take necessary legal action against the seller of the land belonging
to the Government based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.10.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary legal action against the seller of the land belonging to the Government by considering the petitioner's representation dated 30.10.2025.
2.Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petitioner claims to be a good Samaritan residing in the same area and in order to safeguard the Government property, he has made a representation and therefore, filing the present writ petition.
3.Thus, it can be seen that at best the petitioner can maintain a public interest litigation. It cannot be said that he is personally aggrieved of the same. Further, this writ petition is not also filed as a public interest litigation and secondly the alleged seller is not also made as a party. Therefore, giving
liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate public interest litigation by new duly making these sellers also parties this writ petition. 4.With the above observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
