ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to provide priority to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ employees who were recruited through District Employment Office and

issue a direction to provide priority to the employees other than the employees of other District.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 20.12.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be posted in the list on 21.12.2017 under the caption for "dismissal". Even, today (i.e.21.12.2017) there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.In such circumstances, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter and therefore, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the petition for default. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for default.
