RESPONDENTS PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to call for the records relating to the fair and decreetal order dated 03.11.2017 passed in I.A.No.672 of 2016 in O.S.No.133 of 2016 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Thanjavur and set aside and allow the Civil Revision Petition as prayed for and thus render justice.
ORDER : This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal Subordinate Judge, Thanjavur vide the letter in D.No.1408/2018 dated 30.11.2018 and none appeared for the petitioner, this court made the following order:- By order dated 02.07.2018, this Court directed the Court below
to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.133/16, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.1408/2018, dated 30.11.2018, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further four months time to comply with the order dated 02.07.2018 made in this revision.
3. There is no objection on the side of the petitioner in extending the time limit.
4. Therefore, four months time is extended from today to comply with the order dated 02.07.2018.
