O R D E R

The petitioner, who is the landlord, has filed this Civil Revision Petition by invoking Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to expedite the E.P.No.96 of 2017 in R.C.O.P.No.264 of 2008, pending before the learned Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town.

2. On receipt of Notice, the respondents entered appearance through counsel.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner informs this Court that against the order passed in R.C.O.P.No.264 of 2008, the respondents have filed R.C.A.No.27 of 2017, before the Principal Sub Court, Madurai and the same is pending. fairly submitted before this Court that the appeal filed in R.C.A.No.27 of 2017 may be directed to dispose within a particular period of time and thereafter, the said E.P.No.96 of 2017 in R.C.O.P.No.264 of 2008 may be directed to be disposed of.

4. Taking note of the submissions made by the counsels appearing on either side and in the interest of justice, this Court is inclined to pass the following orders.

The learned Principal Sub Judge, Madurai, is directed to dispose of R.C.A.No.27 of 2017, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and after passing orders in the said R.C.A.No.27 of 2017, the Executing Court viz., the Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai Town, is directed to dispose of the said E.P.No.96 of 2017 in R.C.O.P.No.264 of 2008, pending on its file, within the period of two months thereafter. 5.This Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of, with the above direction. No costs.
