To call for the records and set aside the judgement and sentence dated 19.05.2022 imposed in SPL CC No.3 of 2021, on the file of the learned Special Judge (Vigilance and Anti Corruption)/ Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karur.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MURALI KUMAR.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.MEENAKSHI SUNDARAM, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10880 of 2022 in Crl.A. (MD) No.377 of 2022, dated 29.09.2022.
