The petitioner is a senior citizen. She seeks remedy under the provisions of the Senior Citizens Act. She has moved the second respondent.

2. The second respondent is directed to conclude the proceedings on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The third respondent will be put on notice before passing any final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
