O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case on the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 18.01.2016 within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that in the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.50 of 2016. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the opposite party, petition enquiry in counter C.S.R.No.51 of 2016 is pending against the petitioner. Hence, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in both C.S.R.Nos.50 and 51 of 2016 and take action in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Oriignla Petition is disposed of.
