ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the second respondent from effecting sub-division and mutation of Patta.

2. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal, even at the stage of admission.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and Mr.S.Prakash, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the third respondent.

4. Today when the matter is taken up for admission, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2, on written instructions, would submit that in view of the pending disputes in 2/4

O.S.No.72 of 2020, on the file of the Sub-Court, Manapparai, the Tashildar has already taken a decision not to effect any subdivision/issue patta until disposal of the said suit.
