This petition has been filed to direct to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.203 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukottai and the same was taken on file as PRC.No.7 of 2017, on 14.02.2017 and the case was posted for next hearing on 04.03.2017.

4.Since the case was taken on file as PRC.No.7 of 2017 by the concerned Court, the prayer sought for in this petition is not maintainable. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
