ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.08.2023 and give adequate compensation amount of a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- to the petitioner for the grievous injuries sustained by him on 19.10.2014.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation on 03.08.2023 to give compensation of a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- to him for the grievous injuries sustained by him on 19.10.2014.. However, the same is yet to be considered. Hence, the Writ Petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be disposed within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the 2/4

representation of the petitioner dated 03.08.2023 and dispose of the same, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
