This petition has been filed for a direction to transfer the investigation pending in Crime No.300 of 2016, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Pattiveerampatti police station, Dindigul District.

offence under Section 302 of I.P.C. and an alteration report has also been submitted before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai and the case has been registered against six accused persons.
3.In view of the subsequent development, no further orders are necessary to be passed. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
