[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The petitioner has filed this habeas corpus petition seeking a direction to the respondents to secure his daughter, by name, Vijipriya, aged about 14 years and produced before this Court and handover her custody to him.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the parents of the detenue appeared before this Court through video conferencing from the Public Prosecutor's Office and the detenue was also produced by the second respondent. The detenue has expressed his willingness to go with her parents.

H.C.P.(MD) No.672 of 2021 3.In view of the above statement, we are of the opinion that no further order is necessary in this habeas corpus petition and hence, the same is closed.
