To call for the records to set aside the order passed in M.C.No.64/2021 on the file of the Family Court Sivagangai dt 08.02.2023.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BALAKRISHNAN R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.SANKAR, Advocate for the Respondents, the court made the following order:- The above petition has been filed to stay the operation of the order passed in M.C.No.64 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai, till the disposal of the revision.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the order of this Court dated 28.04.2023.

CRL MP(MD) No.5393 of 2023 stay, this Court vide order dated 28.04.2023 directed the petitioner to deposit 50% of the arrears amount on or before 14.06.2023.
