Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings of the 3rd Respondent/District Collector Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil made in proceedings dated 04.08.2014 in Se.Mu.No.A4/193/2013 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and consequently directing the 3rd Respondent to reinstate the petitioner to the post of panchayat secretary of Pallamthurai village Panchayat Rajakkamangalam Panchayat Union K.K.District. with all attendants and monetary benefits thereof.
