ORDER
The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.023 and to refix the petitioner's pay for the post of Tahsildar as per the promotion panel of the year 2007-2021 in ROC.No.A1/20725/2022 dated 28.11.2022 made by the 4th respondent and to disburse the pensionary benefits as according to the same with all attended benefits.
2. Heard Mr.R.Suriya Narayanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.P.Gunasekaran, learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent.
3. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

4. The petitioners have been appointed as Tahsildars in pursuant to the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court and consequential order of the 4th respondent dated 28.11.2022. The petitioners have submitted that their seniority has not been fixed properly. Hence, the petitioners made a series of representations to the respondents on 06.01.2023 and on 09.01.2023. The third respondent has directed the fourth respondent to pass appropriate orders. So far the fourth respondent has not passed any orders. Unless the promotion panel has redrawn from the year 2007-2021 in accordance with the ROC.No.A1/20725/2022 dated 28.11.2022, the petitioners' promotional benefits will be affected.

Since the fourth respondent has not considered the joint representation of the petitioners dated 02.08.2023 and passed the orders as per the directions given by the third respondent, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 02.08.2023 and comply the directions of the third respondent and pass orders in accordance with law and on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4/8
