ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 6 to 9.

2. The petitioner had earlier filed W.P.(MD).No.6309 of 2024. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the parties informed the Court that peace committee meeting will be held on 17.03.2024 to resolve the issues and the said 2/5

Writ Petition was disposed of. On 16.03.2024, peace committee meeting was conducted and certain decisions were arrived at. Now, the festival is to be held on 29.03.2024. The petitioner undertakes to pay a sum of Rs.6000/-. The eighth respondent is directed to receive the same and also issue receipt. As regards the liability to pay the past arrears, the issue is left open.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents 6 to 9 informs the Court that the petitioner can observe the usual functions and it will not be prevented.
