Whereas upon Motion this day made unto this Court by MR.J.LAWRANCE, Advocate for the petitioner and MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and the Advocate for the petitioner praying to issue a WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS or any other appropriate order or direction in the nature of writ calling for the entire records connected with the detention order passed in Detention order No. 38 of 2020 dated 27.06.2020 branding the petitioner's husband, detenu namely Muniyandi, S/O.Palanichamy, aged about 35 years, and quash the same as illegal and direct the Respondents to produce the Detenu, who is confined in the 3rd Respondents District Jail, Virudhunagar before this Honorable Court and set him at liberty forthwith Whereas this Court hath directed issue of notice, returnable by 17/08/2020 (Monday, the Seventeenth day of August Two Thousand and Twenty)to the respondents R1 to R3 herein to show cause why this petition should not be complied with:
