The petitioner has come up with this petition alleging that the respondent has committed contempt by not complying with the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.No.(MD)17417 of 2016, dated 16.09.2016.

2. Today, it has been submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that after enquiry, a case has been registered in Crime No.800 of 2016, on 14.10.2016, for the offences under Sections 120(b), 416, 420 and 506(i) IPC., against the accused persons.
