This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a direction to the 2nd respondent to take necessary action as against the respondents 3 to 6 based on the 1st respondent's direction in his proceedings in G3/61812/3702/ 2023, dated 29.12.2023. 2.It is seen that the petitioner can very well seek the remedy to take action against the private respondents before the concerned Magistrate, by way of filing petition under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. 3.In the event of filing of any petition by the petitioner under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C, the concerned Magistrate shall peruse the same and if any offence is made out, then refer the same to the respective Police Station to conduct enquiry as per rules. 2/4
4.With the above directions, this petition stands closed. No costs.
