ORDER
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to quash the impugned punishment order in Na.Ka.No.02/20544/2018 dated 24.01.2024 issued by the 1st respondent.
2. Heard Mr.R.Gowrishankar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.
3. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2/6
4. The petitioner has been given with the punishment of stoppage of one year increment for certain charges alleged lapses proved against him.
5. The petitioner has submitted that action itself has been taken against him due to personal vengeance between himself and Headmaster and another teaching faculty.
6. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the appropriate authority has not considered the inter-connection and other deficiencies in the Departmental records and proceeded to punish the petitioner in a biased manner.
7. However, the petitioner who is relying on certain factual matrix as the grounds of his submission, has not exhausted the appeal remedy by filing an appeal before the appellate authority. 3/6
The petitioner is at liberty to file an appeal before the appellate authority by raising all the contentions and grounds raised in this Writ Petition and work out his remedy in a manner known to law.
8. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
