ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl MP(MD) No.190/2025 in Crl OP(MD) No.22537/2024 on 08.01.2025.

2. Mr.M.Jothi Basu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly without any violation.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the condition imposed by this Court in Crl MP(MD) No.190/2025 in Crl OP(MD) No.22537/2024, dated 08.01.2025 is hereby fully relaxed. The other conditions shall hold good.
