This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in the subsistence of enquiry in Petition No.818 of 2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given an undertaking by stating that they have agreed to settle the dispute and the same was also accepted by the other side and hence, the 3rd respondent has closed the case.
