.. Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 26.06.2020 and 27.06.2020, which was made in person.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks consideration of the petition mentioned representation.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government counsel produced before me the written instructions given by the first respondent. As per the instructions, it is stated that the petitioner is a encroacher and he had agreed to remove the encroachment on his own. But, the petitioner has denied the allegation.

4.Be that as it may the respondent has given an undertaking that if the petitioner is to be evicted, he will be given due notice. In other words, due process of law will be followed in the case of the petitioner.

5.Recording the undertaking given by the respondent, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
