ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the conditional order passed by this court on 19.02.2026 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3586 of 2026 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners is complying with the condition regularly, and the condition imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in 15 days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
