DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN., J AND R.POORNIMA.,J The Habeas Corpus Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the body or person of the Petitioner's minor daughter Shanthini, daughter of Shanmugavel, aged about 17 years, the detenue herein, before this Court and handover her custody to the Petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2/State states that the daughter of the Petitioner, a minor, been secured and sent to the Home and a case under POCSO Act has also been registered against the offender. 2/4

4.In the light of the above fact, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition and accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
