: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second and third respondents to implement the order of the first respondent in O.Mu.Collr/12356/2024-K1 dated 20.12.2024 and consequently conduct the survey and amend the mistakes in the subdivision Survey No.141/1A1A, 1A1B, 1B1A and 1B1B and correct it as subdivision Surey No.141/1A1 and 1B1.

O R D E R

The petitioner has sought for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to pass orders implementing the order of the first respondent dated 20.12.2024.

2.I have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.I do not see any positive directions issued by the first respondent in his proceedings dated 20.12.2024. The petitioner's request for amending the mistakes in the sub-division has only been forwarded to the Tahsildar.

3.In view of the above, it would suffice to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the second and third respondents to consider the petitioner's application for amending the errors in the subdivision and to correct the same, after conducting due enquiry and 2/5

after hearing all parties interested or who may be aggrieved by such correction. The said exercise shall be carried out within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
