This petition has been filed by the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Department seeking to condone the delay of 63 days in filing the revision against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.7 of 2025 in Spl.C.C.No.13 of 2023 dated 29.09.2025 by the learned Special Judge for Exclusive Trial of Cases under Prevention of Corruption Act, Tirunelveli.

2. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Department.

3. Though notice was served on the respondent and his name has also been printed in the cause list, there is no representation for the respondent.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit, delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
