This Civil Revision petition has been filed to direct the learned Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil, to dispose the petition in I.D.O.P.No.41 of 2017 pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil, is directed to dispose of the petition in I.D.O.P.No.41 of 2017 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, the Civil Revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
