(MD)No.8618 of 2018, dated 23.05.2018 to appear before the concerned Magistrate Court.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for appearing before the concerned Magistrate Court is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
