To suspend the sentence of imprisonment imposed against myself in the judgment dated 16.05.2025 in Special Sessions Case no. 90 of 2023 before

the Special Court (POCSO Cases), Dindigul and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above appeal.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for suspension of the sentence imposed in the judgment dated 16.05.2025 made in Special Sessions Case No. 90 of 2023 on the file of the Special Court (POCSO Cases), Dindigul and to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. We find that the petitioner had already filed a petition in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.7968 of 2025 seeking for suspension of sentence and this petition came to be dismissed by this Court on 05.12.2025.

4. Since we do not find any change in circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this petition and accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.

5. Considering the fact that the accused person is inside the jail, Registry is directed to make the paper book ready and include this appeal for final hearing in the advance list.
