[Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY.,J.] The Petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition as a ''Public Interest Litigation'' to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to implement the project submitted by the Petitioner's daughter with three prayers in her representation to the respondents on 15.3.2021, within a time frame. 2.Mr.R.Ramasamy, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that since the project submitted by the Petitioner's daughter is a policy decision of the State Government, it would be suffice to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the

Petitioner's representation, dated 15.3.2021. 3.Mr.P.Thilak Kumar,learned Standing Counsel for the Government appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that though the respondents 2 and 3 have appreciated the project submitted by the Petitioner's daughter, it is a policy decision to be taken by the State Government, which would have the monetary involvement. However, the learned Standing Counsel for the Government submitted that in the event of the State Government taking a policy decision on this issue, the proposal given by the Petitioner's daughter would be taken into consideration. Further, the learned Standing Counsel for the Government submitted that the consideration by the State Government should not be mistaken for accepting the proposal given by the Petitioner's daughter.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that in view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the Government, the Writ Petition may be closed. 5.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, recording the submission made by Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the Government, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
