Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

2. The petitioner has raised objection before the third respondent for forbearing the third respondent from registering any document pertaining to the petition mentioned property.

3. The petitioner has to necessarily move the jurisdictional civil Court and obtain a restraint order. Granting liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy before the civil Court, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
