O R D E R

The petitioner challenges the order dated 09.03.2026 passed by the first respondent under Section 8F of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that, against the order passed under Section 7A of the Act, the petitioner has filed an appeal under Section 7I of the Act, and the appellate authority has granted an interim order staying the operation of the order passed under Section 7A. In view of the interim order granted by the appellate authority, the first respondent has withdrawn the impugned order.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as 2/4

having become infructuous.

4. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
