O R D E R

The writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to renew their licence, in relation to Ferry Service in the Hope Lake Area, Karaiyar, Uppar Dam, Papanasam, Tirunelveli District.

2. Heard both sides.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is inclined to approach the first respondent, afresh, for renewal of licence, on the basis of the disposal of the writ petition filed by them as well as the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P(MD) Nos.3388 & 3389 of 2013 dated 28.09.2015 and seeks permission of this Court.

4. Such being the case, this writ petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to submit necessary documents before the first respondent. On such filing, the first respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties and also keeping in mind the cases referred to above, which were already disposed of.
