O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to initiate necessary action and conclude the enquiry on the petitioner's compliant, dated 19.02.2025.

2. According tot he petitioner, he lodged a complaint before the 2nd respondent on 19.02.2025 for the life thread made by one Vijayakumar and for forging of documents. Thereafter, the petitioner has also appeared for enquiry on 27.02.2025 and 01.03.2025, and thereafter, no action was taken by the 2nd respondent. Hence this petition.

3. The Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint of the petitioner dated 19.02.2025 is under enquiry. They will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition and recording the above submission of the 2nd respondent, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and take appropriate decision on the complaint of the petitioner dated 19.02.2025 within a period of one week Page No. 2 of 4

from the date of this order.

5. With the above said observations and direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
