ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction directing the second respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 11.03.2024 seeking registration of sale deed presented in respect of Plot Nos. 13, 14 and 16 of Muthu Nagar in Survey No.133/7B1 and Patta No. 337 of Ladanendal Village, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District in the light of the proceedings passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.B3/4112/2022 dated 01.12.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.The property comprised in old Survey No.133/1, new Survey No.133/7B1 and Patta No.337 to an extent of 2 acres 09 cents of Ladanendal Village, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District is the ancestral property of the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner developed the same by housing plots in the name and style of 'Muthu Nagar' and sold out some of the plots to several third parties. While selling Plot Nos.13, 14 and 16 and presented for registration, all the sale deeds were returned on the ground that 2/4

there is a bar under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908, since the plots are unapproved one. Subsequently, the said plots were regularized by the first respondent.

4.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to register the sale deeds produced by the petitioner in respect of the plot Nos.13, 14 and 16 comprised in Survey No. 133/7B1 and Patta No. 337 of Ladanendal Village, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District on its presentation, if it is otherwise in order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
